Hi folks,
After a very busy couple of days in the studio, the first NIght:City album track is finished! Those of you who have been paying close attention will have heard “Fox on the Marsh” in my live solo sets over the past year or so… Now I can reveal that it will be officially released on the Night:City album.
What can I tell you about this version..?
Well, it’s completely different to the acoustic version you might have heard, for starters! Up-tempo and a lovely mix of modern rhythms and instrumentation. Without giving too much away, this one’s a solo track and it’s been great fun to record. I can’t wait for folks to hear this version of Fox on the Marsh, but you’re going to have to wait a little while nonetheless.
All the way to Saturday 25th July, in fact!
In the meantime, here’s a quick quiz for you. Can anyone tell me where I’ve used this fox image before?
Answers welcome as comments or via my facebook page. Prizes include a top of the range air guitar and as much dust as you would like! 😉
That’s it for today… back soon with more exciting news!
Stay safe
Carys xx
